These terms govern your use of the Sweep app for iOS. By downloading or using Sweep, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Sweep on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA).
Sweep helps you remove photos, videos and contacts, but you decide what to delete and confirm every deletion through the standard iOS prompt. Deleted photos and videos go to your "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days before iOS removes them permanently. Please review items before confirming. We are not responsible for content you choose to delete.
Sweep offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Sweep Pro). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any free-trial period, where offered, is provided directly by Apple and shown before you subscribe; if you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Use Sweep only for its intended purpose — organising your own device library. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or misuse the app.
Sweep is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to make detection accurate, but you are responsible for reviewing suggestions before deleting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you chose to delete.
